In the interest of data integrity, students complete evaluations prior to final grades being submitted and FCQ results aren’t released until after final grades are posted.

Initial FCQ results are released 1-2 days after grades are posted. If this falls on a weekend or holiday, the release will be delayed until the next business day so that technical support is available.
Batch reports are distributed to departments ~2 weeks after the initial reports are released. The batch reports are PDFs of the initial reports compiled for archival purposes. Departments are responsible for maintaining their report archives.
Summary reports are generated by the FCQ program and are updated within a month of the release of the initial results.
