No. In fact, responses are not accessible to anyone, including the FCQ program, until the scheduled release date, which is 1-2 business days after grades are posted. This is done to protect both students and instructors from retaliatory grades and evaluations.
FCQ integrity is a two-way street:
Students submit evaluations prior to seeing their grades
Instructors submit grades prior to seeing their evaluations
