Changes are still possible after the course audit closes. The only difference is that the spreadsheet doesn’t update and manual changes may be necessary in addition to updating CU-SIS.
If you need to change course details after the course audit has closed, contact the FCQ program. The ability to make these changes depends on the timing of the request:
Changes requested prior to or during an administration are usually not a problem
Changes requested after an administration has closed may be possible (depending on the nature of the request), but cannot be guaranteed
