Occasionally, a campus will want to update its core FCQ question set. The FCQ program is happy to accommodate these requests, but ask that we have a lead-time of at least three months prior to first administration.
Please understand that building and proofing the online FCQ instrument is an involved and time-consuming process. Changes to the core instrument also impact the custom questions and without proper lead-time, custom questions may be delayed or limited in administration.
