Click “Core Data Management” (under “Core Data Imports”)

Click “Browse” and select most recent student file from \Accounts and

From top menu, click Courses > Import.
Under “Data Type:” select “Courses” and import most recent file from \Courses.
Under “Data Type:” select “Sections” and import most recent section file from \Sections.
Under “Data Type:” select “Section Attributes” and import

the secAttr(term_cd) file (no batch number attached) from \SectionAttribute.
The section attributes is the only one that relies on a cumulative rather than a batch document
We still generate the batch file for quality control, historical record, etc.
Under “Data Type:” select “Enrollment” and import most recent file from \Enrollment.
Under “Data Type:” select “Instructor” and import most recent file from \Instructor.
Close

Go to https://transfer.campuslabs.com, login
User name and password in tip sheet

Open the \Courses folder

Open the \CrossListing folder

Click “Add Files”

Choose the most recent “xListing” .csv file from \CrossListing, click “Start”
If there isn’t an “xListing” file, skip to next step
Choose the manifest.done file from \CrossListing, click “Start”

the window and go to the Campus Labs administrator portal when finished.
