The FCQ program routinely pulls updated enrollment data from CU-SIS prior to FCQ administration in order to remove students who have withdrawn and add late enrollees. The FCQ rosters are derived from CU-SIS 48 hours prior to administration to allow time for setup.

The FCQ program does a final update at the end of FCQs to weed out students who may have withdrawn from class during administration. No updates are made during administration, so if a student withdraws within 48 hours of FCQs opening or later, they will still be able to complete an evaluation. However, the student’s evaluation will be removed with the final update.

We are unable to remove students from FCQ after admin is finished. This is not just policy, but a security feature. To protect report integrity, our vendor does not allow data alterations, additions or deletions once an evaluation has closed.
