Late student withdrawals

Late student withdrawals

The FCQ program pulls updated class rosters from CU-SIS prior to each FCQ administration in order to remove students who have withdrawn and add late enrollees. The FCQ rosters are pulled from CU-SIS one business day before administration to allow time for setup.

The FCQ program does a final update at the end of the term to weed out students who may have withdrawn from class during or after the FCQ administration.

No enrollment updates are made during FCQ administration, so it is possible, though rare, that a student who has withdrawn from the class will still be able to complete an evaluation. However, that student’s evaluation will be removed with the final update and won’t be included in the results.
