Archiving reports

Archiving reports

Departments are responsible for their own report archives. The FCQ program doesn’t have the staffing to provide archival services, so to assist with record keeping we provide three types of reports:

  • Individual instructor reports through Campus Labs

  • PDF batch reports that departments download for their internal archives

  • Tableau dashboards created by the Office of Data Analytics and posted to a public website

How to access the reports

  • Campus Labs reports are visible to instructors, report administrators and unit leaders and are available soon after administration has closed (has numeric results and student comments, restricted access)

  • Bulk PDF reports are provided to departments with numeric results and student comments for all courses within the department a few weeks after administration has closed (restricted access for distribution, but once received, can be made available at department’s discretion)

  • The public-facing Tableau dashboards provide current and historical data going back to fall 2006. They allow for comparisons, visualizations and data can be downloaded for instructor or department summaries. Dashboards will be updated a few weeks after the Campus Labs reports. The results will be available for students to view prior to registering for the next semester’s courses
