Updating coordinator contact information
We rely on the departments to update us whenever there is a new FCQ coordinator or report administrator. At the start of each term we distribute a list of FCQ coordinators and report administrators based on the most recent information we’ve received. Please let us know whenever you need to update this information.
Please limit access requests to staff and faculty who are directly involved with the administration and monitoring of FCQs.
