Final administration (fall/spring only)

For the fall and spring semesters, there is a large, campus-wide administration at the end of the term that includes all classes that weren’t already evaluated in a weekly administration.

The final administration runs for 8 days, from the Monday of week 14 through the Monday of week 15 per the guidance of faculty on all campuses.

• Extended administrations: The FCQ program will never close an administration early, but we reserve the right to extend it as needed, whether due to technical issues, low response rates or the needs of faculty.

• Summer classes: During the summer, FCQs are administered weekly the same as early administrations. There isn’t a final administration comparable to the fall and spring semesters.
