Early administrations

We offer weekly administrations to accommodate classes that do not run on the traditional 15-week semester schedule. These generally run from the first week of the semester through fall/spring break. Classes that fall into these window include:

• Preterm courses (e.g., Maymester, Winterim)

• Special sessions ending before the final administration

• All summer courses

Weekly FCQ administrations schedule

• Administration is set by default to the final week of class as determined by CU-SIS end date

• Windows typically open on Monday at 11 a.m. and run through Friday

• Contact the FCQ program manager if you need to update an early administration
