The course audit window opens once per semester and is open/updated daily for three weeks. The specific dates vary per semester, but they always run in the same month, as follows:
March: Spring semester (including Winterim)
June: Summer semester (including Maymester/Augmester)
October: Fall semester (including preterm fall)
It is possible to update the FCQ schedule before and after the course audit window. However, changes to CU-SIS won’t be picked up automatically. You must reach out to the FCQ program directly.
