How-To: Reopen a Class

• Follow instructions for canceling a class from an open administration (no responses)

• Then follow instructions for adding a class to an open administration

In order to reopen a class with responses, we have to cancel existing student responses. This is not something done lightly, and only after discussing with the instructor and, if in doubt, other members of ODA.

• First, determine if it is appropriate to delete existing responses

  • If no, leave as is

  • If yes, follow instructions for canceling a class from an open administration (with responses)

  • Then follow instructions for adding a class to an open administration
