  • Go to correct semester

  • Go to correct administration

  • Go to correct session

Search for class

  • Click on “Details”

In the “Instructors” tile (upper-right of page), click “Add” and search for instructor

  • If the instructor is not in the system, go to “Import” instructions

  • If there are multiple instructors with the same name:

    • *Jot down the first block of constituent ID for each instructor to match

    • Option 1: look up instructors in SAS (ciwdb.hrms_personal_tbl)

    • Option 2: in Campus Labs, go to “Home,” select “Users” tile, search for instructor, select from list (take note of constituent ID, as it goes away on the next page), under “User Details for Selected Term,” click on the “Courses” tab, classes will be listed under “Instructor Enrollment,” repeat until correct instructor is identified, return to step 3

 Import
