Updates to instructor or course information after an FCQ evaluation has been completed are difficult, but not impossible, depending on the needs…

The FCQ program makes every effort to ensure that correct courses and instructors are evaluated, including:

  • Using official course/instructor data from CU-SIS

  • Providing course audits for department review prior to administration

  • Allowing for courses to be updated any time during the FCQ window

We are also responsible for protecting data integrity, so once evaluations are collected, the data are practically untouchable. This is a technical issue as much as an integrity issue. We will only be able to make changes in rare situations.

If a change is needed after administration has closed or reports have been released, contact the FCQ program. There is no guarantee that change requests can be accommodated.

We provide multiple opportunities to update information and are hesitant to make changes post-administration without a compelling reason.

This is a technical issue as much as it is an integrity issue. We are able to easily update/add/remove courses and instructors up to and during the FCQ window until it closes. However, once closed, the data is frozen, and it is difficult to remove. We will only be able to make changes in certain situations, such as removing an instructor who did not actually teach the course.
