If the administration has closed

Wait for FCQ program manager to return

If the administration is in the future

Have department remove class in CU-SIS; the change will get picked up in the regular FCQ sequence

If the administration is currently open

First check to see if any students have completed an evaluation yet

No students have completed an evaluation yet

Follow instructions for removing a class from an open administration (no responses)

Yes, students have completed an evaluation

In order to cancel a class with responses, we have to remove existing student responses. This is not something done lightly, and only after discussing with the instructor and, if in doubt, other members of ODA.

First, determine if it is appropriate to delete existing responses
- If no, leave as is
- If yes, follow instructions for removing a class from an open administration (with responses)
