Campus Labs .csv files are located in K:\ir\fcq\prod\cyyt
You do NOT need to import the org unit or academic term files
Warning: importing through Courses Management can take a few minutes
Be sure to wait until a file has imported correctly before advancing to the next step
Go to Campus Labs “Home” page
Click “Imports” tile
Click “Core Data Management” (under “Core Data Imports”)
Select “Accounts” under “Import Data”
Click “Browse” and select most recent student file from \Accounts and Upload
Click “Browse” and select most recent instructor file from \Accounts and Upload
From top menu, click Courses > Import
Under “Data Type:” select “Courses” and import most recent file from \Courses
Under “Data Type:” select “Sections” and import most recent section file from \Sections
Under “Data Type:” select “Section Attributes” and import most recent file from \SectionAttribute
Under “Data Type:” select “Enrollment” and import most recent file from \Enrollment
Under “Data Type:” select “Instructor” and import most recent file from \Instructor
Close “Core Data Management” window
