Update data from CU-SIS
Run the following SAS programs (no changes required)

Update the course audit files
Run the following SAS programs (no changes required)

Updates department audit files in C:\Users\darcange\OneDrive - UCB-O365\CourseAudit
L:\mgt\FCQ\CourseAudit\NewAuditAll.sas
Updates cumulative audit file in C:\Users\darcange\OneDrive - UCB-O365\CourseAudit
Updates incremental “forensic” audit file in L:\mgt\FCQ\CourseAudit
L:\mgt\FCQ\CourseAudit\NewAuditViz.sas
Updates source document for Tableau in L:\mgt\FCQ\CourseAudit\cyyt_auditfile.csv
Update the Tableau visualization
Update the data source
Open Tableau file, "L:\mgt\FCQ\Tableau\Course_Audit\Course_Audit.twb"
Click on the “Data Source” tab
Change “Connection” (in upper-right) from “Extract” to “Live”
Click on the file beneath the “Connections” heading
Select “Edit Connection”
Select the updated file L:\mgt\FCQ\CourseAudit\cyyt_auditfile.csv
Click “Open”
Refresh the Tableau dashboards
Change “Connection” (in upper-right) from “Live” to “Extract”
Click “Refresh” next to “Extract”
Upload the Tableau visualization
Go to “Course Audit” dashboard (instructions page)
Save the file
Click the “Share” button
Click “Save”
Click “Yes” to overwrite existing file
