ODA & OIT merger

  • ODA is joining OIT starting Dec 1

Qualtrics renewal at CU Boulder

  • moving to the Core XM environment (~January 2024)

  • will have Salesforce integration in a specific instance

  • question about highly confidential data

    • working with Qualtrics to get an environment where highly confidential data can be collected

    • currently there is a process for requesting exemptions

  • question about transferring instances

    • if they are different license types, some features won’t transfer

    • if the license type is the same, features should transfer

Williams Village Engineering and OEIC

 

Engineering Connections Program - presentation slide

  • includes all first-year engineering students--lots of assessment happening in this program

  • CEAS, OIEC, ODA, Res Life, SA Assessment collaboration

  • Current action #1 of sexual misconduct task force and BUS-LIT

  • community connection & mutual accountability reduce sexual assault risk (2015 & 2018 sexual assault prevalence data)
