Add a student to a closed administration

  • This is not possible, and even if it were there would be no point, since the student wouldn’t be able to complete an FCQ after the deadline anyway

Add a student to an open administration

  • This request is very rare (mostly Covid-related)

  • Can only add manually and if student is already in the Campus Labs system

Sign in to Campus Labs: https://colorado.campuslabs.com/ce

  • If prompted, select Boulder campus

  • Login with Identikey

Click on Administrations tile

  • Go to correct semester

  • Go to correct administration

  • Go to correct session

Search for class

  • Click on “Details”

In the “Students” tile (upper-right of page), click “Add” and search for student

  • If the student is not in the system, there isn’t a way to add them manually

  • Student will need to be added to class roster in CU-SIS before we can add them
