Types of FCQ reports
There are many types of reports to meet the various needs of FCQ data users, from interactive dashboards to spreadsheet summaries. Due to the volume of FCQ data (dating back to 2006), there is no one-size-fits-all report. Please use the guide below to select the report that best meets your needs.
Campus Labs/Anthology reports (has student comments)
Batch reports (has student comments)
Spreadsheet summary reports (no student comments)
Tableau reports (no student comments)
Historic data (no student comments)
Campus Labs/Anthology reports (has student comments)
Individual reports require a CU ID and are only available to instructors and department-approved report administrators. Students should use the public-facing summary reports and historical data.
The instructor reports are generated by Campus Labs/Anthology
They are organized by instructor and semester
They contain the mean scores, distribution of student responses and student comments
Uses
View, print or save instructor reports for your records
Compile an instructor portfolio for tenure or merit review
Include with CV or resume
Who can access these reports?
Instructor reports are available to individual instructors through Campus Labs
Department-approved report administrators can also access the instructor reports
Report administrators are department leads and usually someone from office administration
Students are not able to view FCQ comments
Instructors (unless they are also a department lead) can not view other instructors' reports
How to access these reports?
Instructors can access their own reports through the Campus Labs faculty portal
Administrators can access their department’s reports through the Campus Labs administrator portal
PDFs of the instructor reports are also distributed to departments as batch reports
Batch reports (has student comments)
Batch reports are PDF copies of the Campus Labs/Anthology reports, provided by the vendor and distributed to designated department leads and FCQ coordinators
They contain the mean scores, distribution of student responses and student comments
When compiling an instructor portfolio or tenure/merit review, batch reports are the easiest and preferred reports to use
Uses
Access reports via a folder rather than logging into the portal
Quickly and easily build instructor portfolios
Who can access these reports?
Batch reports are distributed to designated department leads and FCQ coordinators, who are responsible for storing in a department archive
How to access these reports?
Designated department leads/FCQ coordinators: You will receive the batch reports ~2 weeks after the initial results are released
Others: Reach out to your FCQ coordinator if you need to access the department archives
Spreadsheet summary reports (no student comments)
The Excel spreadsheets are public facing and available to anyone
There are no student comments in the summary reports

Quickly view all FCQ data for an instructor, course, department or college
Download spreadsheets containing all FCQ numeric data
Use the spreadsheets to quickly create instructor and department summaries
Who can access these reports?
Summary reports are available to anyone, no login required
How to access these reports?
All reports are available through the FCQ website
Tableau reports (no student comments)
The interactive Tableau dashboards are public facing and available to anyone
There are no student comments in the summary reports
