How-to: Remove Student/Delete Responses

IMPORTANT: This is only done on the rarest occasions (<5x in the past decade), and ONLY when a student is proven to have violated the FCQ Terms of Service

  • Is the administration still open?

  • Sign in to Campus Labs: https://colorado.campuslabs.com/ce

    • If prompted, select Boulder campus

    • Login with Identikey

  • Click on Administrations tile

    • Go to correct semester

    • Go to correct administration

    • Go to correct session

  • Go to class

    • Click on “Details”

  • The “Students” tile will show which students have submitted responses

    • Click “Unenroll” for these students

    • A warning window will popup. Verify that you have the correct student, set the Reason to “Withdrawn,” and Remove Responses to “Yes.”

  • This will generate a tile for “Unenrolled students”
