How do I make changes in CU-SIS?

If your list of classes and instructors is correct, then you do not need to make any changes. If updates are required, you must make your changes in CU-SIS. If you do not have CU-SIS access you will need to coordinate with whomever sets up the courses for your department.

Changes in CU-SIS are made via the following pathway:

Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Schedule Class Meetings

To be eligible to receive FCQs, the following criteria must be met:

  • The instructor must be listed as teaching the class in CU-SIS

  • The “Print” box next the instructor’s name must be selected

  • The class must also be eligible to receive FCQs (e.g., meet enrollment and course type criteria)

Add FCQs for an existing instructor: Check the “Print” box next to the instructor’s name in CU-SIS

To cancel FCQs for an existing instructor: Un-check the “Print” box next to the instructor’s name in CU-SIS (do this for all instructors to cancel FCQs for a particular class)
